1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt and in 'as new' condition (re-saleable, unworn, unsoiled condition) for a refund or like-for-like exchange (availability dependent due to limited edition nature of some of the products).
1.1 When returning items please ensure the product is well packaged and protected from damage in transit.

3. FAULTY GOODS
3.1 HOA is committed to product excellence and stands behind the quality of the products it produces, unfortunately, from time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has suffered a manufacturing fault please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty.
4. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
4.1 Please send your garment, unused in its original packaging, along with a note detailing your name, order number and return/refund requirements to the following address:

NB: Please ensure that you dispatch your return with enough carriage for the item and that it is sent either tracked or signed for with proof of postage. HOA are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost in transit. All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
